6Months
For qualifying replacement of major components and complex built-in or premium appliance repairs.
1Year

Your written documents control. The exact duration, covered part(s), and covered labor for your repair appear on the estimate and final invoice.
There is nothing extra to buy and no tier to select. Before work begins, we explain the proposed repair. When the job is complete, your invoice identifies the coverage that applies.
How to request warranty service →We identify the failure and provide the proposed repair in writing.
The type of completed repair determines the applicable warranty period.
Your invoice states the covered work, parts, and duration.
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem related to the original repair. We will review your invoice, ask a few questions, and arrange an inspection when needed.
Have the customer name, service address, invoice number, and repair date ready.
Tell us what the appliance is doing now and when the symptom returned.
We must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect before another provider alters the repair.
Safety first: Stop using the appliance and disconnect power or shut off water/gas only if it is safe to do so when you see smoke, smell gas, notice overheating, or find an active leak. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service.
A warranty callback is limited to the original covered repair. A new symptom or a different failed component may require a separate diagnosis and estimate.
× New or unrelated component failures
× Misuse, neglect, pests, or external damage
× Power, plumbing, gas, venting, or installation problems
× Customer-supplied parts or diagnostic-only visits
× Work altered by another person before inspection
× Cosmetic issues and normal wear unless listed
Coverage is subject to the specific written terms on your estimate and invoice. Manufacturer warranties, if any, are separate. This page is a general explanation and does not replace the repair-specific written warranty provided to you.
Clear answers before and after your repair.
No. Coverage is assigned according to the qualifying repair performed. There is no separate warranty plan fee, and the applicable term is stated on your documents.
Unless your written documents state otherwise, coverage begins on the completion date shown on the final invoice.
Coverage generally applies to the Marshall-installed part and workmanship directly related to the original repair. Your estimate and invoice identify the controlling terms.
We will determine whether the symptom relates to the original covered repair. A new component failure or unrelated condition is not automatically covered and may require a separate estimate.
Please contact Marshall before another provider alters the covered work. We must have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address a claimed warranty issue.
Qualifying commercial repairs may be covered, but the term can depend on the equipment, use, repair, and installed component. Rely on the warranty written on the estimate and final invoice.
